At just 18 years old, she called an ad in the newspaper about purchasing a home, hoping to help her mother. Unfortunately, the agent she spoke with was unhelpful, sparking Betzaida’s determination to educate herself on the process and assist others in similar situations. Today, Betzaida is proud to say that both she and her sister purchased a condo for their parents, and she has since guided three of her siblings in buying their family homes. She has called Stony Point home for over 22 years and feels deeply connected to her community.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Betzaida worked as a mortgage lender for over 10 years, which gave her invaluable insight into the home-buying process.
