Betzaida was born and raised in Rockland County and entered the real estate world in the early '90s, inspired by a deeply personal experience. At just 18 years old, she called an ad in the newspaper about purchasing a home, hoping to help her mother. Unfortunately, the agent she spoke with was unhelpful, sparking Betzaida’s determination to educate herself on the process and assist others in similar situations. Today, Betzaida is proud to say that both she and her sister purchased a condo for their parents, and she has since guided three of her siblings in buying their family homes. She has called Stony Point home for over 22 years and feels deeply connected to her community.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Betzaida worked as a mortgage lender for over 10 years, which gave her invaluable insight into the home-buying process. Her background in lending allows her to assess pre-approvals and determine which are truly reliable, giving her clients a distinct advantage in today’s competitive market. Over the years, Betzaida has helped hundreds of people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Her dedication goes beyond just making deals—she builds lasting relationships, turning clients into lifelong friends and extended family. Betzaida’s genuine care for her clients ensures that their real estate experiences are as smooth, rewarding, and successful as possible.
Betzaida’s two children grew up surrounded by real estate, often hearing their mom proudly share, “I sold that house!” Today, she is incredibly proud to have both of them join her in the business, forming “The Vericain Team.” Her daughter, Bianca, brings her expertise in marketing, while her son, Stanley, holds a master’s degree in finance. Together, they make a dynamic team, and Betzaida couldn’t be prouder of their achievements.
